Abstract
This study specifically aims to compare arumanis mango leaves chlorophyll content, mango leaves manalagi, and mango leaves golek (Mangifera indica L.). Mango leaves contain chlorophyll which is quite a lot. At this lab using Genesys 20 Visible Spectrophotometer instrument that is based on the phenomenon of the absorption of light by certain chemical species in the area of visible light (visible). There are three types of mango leaves were used that arumanis mango leaves, manalagi mango leaves and golek mango leaves. Solution of the three types of mango leaves and then added with 95% alcohol solvent with a ratio of 1: 1, 1: 1.25, 1: 1.5, 1: 1.75 and 1: 2. Based on the results obtained observations made total chlorophyll the most Cleaner ie on mango leaves with solvent volume ratio of 1: 2. In mango leaves arumanis of 1.8539 mg / L, mango leaves manalagi of 1.88628 mg / L, and mango leaves puppet of 4.91384 mg / L, so that it can be concluded that the color of mango leaves older and using a 95% volume alcohol solvent largest total earned high chlorophyll. Keywords: Spectrophotometer, Analysis of mango leaves, chlorophyll content
