Abstract
Boiler feed pump merupakan salah satu pompa yang terpasang pada area turbin Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU). Boiler feed pump digunakan untuk memindahkan fluida cair yang berupa air condensate dari deaerator menuju ke steam drum. Penggunaan turbine boiler feed pump menggunakan penggerak uap yang berasal dari ekstraksi turbin. Pengoperasian turbine boiler feed pump yang selalu digunakan pada setiap operasi unit sehingga dapat menurunkan kinerja pompanya. Tujuan dari analisa ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penurunan unjuk kerja alat turbine boiler feed pump pada rentan waktu penggunaanya. Pengambilan data dari bulan Desember sampai April 2015 pada beban 100 % dan variasi beban. Efisiensi rata-rata desain sebesar 83,5 % mengalami penurunan terus menerus yang terjadi pada turbine boiler feed pump pada pengujian tahun 2015 yaitu hanya tinggal sebesar 71 %. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa air yang diumpankan semakin berkurang sehingga dapat menurunkan efisiensi pompa. Kata kunci : pompa, turbine boiler feed pump, effisiensi. Boiler feed pump is one of the pumps installed in the turbine area of Steam Power (power plant). Boiler feed pump is used to move the liquid fluid in the form of condensate water from deaerator heading to steam drum. The use of turbine boiler feed pump uses the steam activator derived from the extraction turbine. The operation of the turbine boiler feed pump which is always used in each operation unit that can degrade the performance of the pump. The purpose of this analysis is to determine how much reduction in performance of the tool of turbine boiler feed pump at a vulnerable time use. Retrieval of data from December until April 2015 at 100% load and load variation. The average efficiency of 83.5% design a continuous decline that occurred in the turbine boiler feed pump in the testing in 2015 that just stayed at 71%.
