Abstract

PENGARUH IKLIM KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TINGKAT KINERJA KARYAWAN PASCA MERGER DI PT. TUMBAKMAS NIAGASAKTI CABANG SEMARANG Abstraksi Kinerja suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek penting diantaranya yaitu komunikasi. Komunikasi yang terjalin terus menerus dalam sebuah perusahaan perlahan-lahan akan membentuk suatu iklim komunikasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang iklim komunikasi organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tumbakmas Niagasakti Cabang Semarang pasca merger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim komunikasi organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan. Variabel iklim komunikasi organisasi terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,7%. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja ikut mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan dengan presentase sebesar 46,9%. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial didapatkan bahwa variabel iklim komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan. TUMBAKMAS NIAGASAKTI SEMARANG BRANCH Abstract Performance of a company was influenced by a number of important aspects included communication. Continuous communication that existed within a company will gradually establish an organizational communication climate. This study aimed to obtained an understanding and knowledge of organizational communication climate and employee satisfaction levels and their effect on the level of employees performance in PT. Tumbakmas Niagasakti Semarang branch after merger. This study used a survey method. The sample used in this study were 52 respondents. The results showed that the variables of organizational communication climate and work satisfaction levels jointly affected the level of employee performance. The organizational communication climate variables have proven to influence on employee performance level by 54.7%. The results also found that work satisfaction variables influenced the level of employee performance with percentage of 46.9%. While the partial test showed that organizational communication climate variables affected larger on the level of employee performance.
