KARAKTERISTIK KEJADIAN PENYAKIT GINJAL KRONIK PADA SINDROM NEFROTIK ANAK

Abstract

Background : Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a kidney disease with high mortality and morbidity in children. Nephrotic syndrome is one of the highest risk factors of chronic kidney disease cases. Aim : To know the characteristics of the risk factors of chronic kidney disease in children with nephrotic syndrome in RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang period January 2011- April 2015 Metodhs : This research used a descriptive method with cross-sectional retrospective study. The data were collected from patient medical records of outpatient space and inpatient unit in RSUP Dr. Kariadi. There were 40 patients with inclusion criterias. Results: Prevalence of CKD was 77%. There were more male patient than female, there were 28 male patients (70%). The highest degree of chronic kidney disease was CKD stage 1, there were 23 patients (57.5%) . The highest onset of CKD was >5 years old, there were 32 patient (80%). The highest onset of nephrotic syndrom <10 years old, there were 35 patient (87.5%). Long suffered nephrotic syndrome was <5 years, there were 35 patients (87.5%) Type of nephrotic syndrome often causes CKD was SNRS, there were 16 patients (40%). Conclusions : There are more male patient than female. The highest degree of chronic kidney disease is CKD stadium 1. The highest onset of CKD is >5 years old. The highest onset of nephrotic syndrom is <10 years old. The highest long suffering of nephrotic syndrome is <5 years. Type of nephrotic syndrome often causes CKD is SNRS.
