Abstract

Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan analisa efisiensi pompa pada feed water system Unit 1 PLTU 1 Jawa Timur pacitan untuk mengetahui besarnya penurunan dan besarnya biaya penggerak. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada beban 300 MW, dengan pengambilan 4 data dalam jangka waktu dua bulan diambil dari tanggal 26 November 2013 sampai tanggal3 mei 2014. Hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa efisiensi pompa Alebih tinggi dari efisiensi pompa B.Terjadi penurunan efisiensi tertinggi BFPT pada tanggal 15 maret 2014sebesar10,56 %. Biaya penggerak pompa paling tinggi adalah pada tanggal 15 maret 2014 sebesar Rp 7.978.191,286-. Penurunan efisiensi pompa dapat menyebabkan naiknya biayauntuk menggerakkan pompa. Kata kunci : pump, feed water system , Efisiensi Purpose of this final project to performance analysis of efficiency feed water pump in Unit 1 PLTU 1 Jawa Timur pacitan to know the magnitude decline inefficiencyand the cost of driven pump. Data collection was performed at a load of 300 MW, with 4 data collection within a period of two months was taken from 26 November 2013 until 3 May 2014. The data analysis it can be concluded that the efficiency of pump A is higher than the efficiency of pump B. The most decrease efficiency of BFPT A on 15 March 2014is 10.56%. Highest cost pump drive on 15 March 2014 amounting to Rp 7.978.191,286-. Decrease in efficiency of pump can increase costs from driven pump. Keywords: Pump, Feed water system, Efficiency
