The statistical test used was Wilcoxon rank-sum test. Results : 11 LHON patients were analyzed. Siginificant lower Quality of Life compared to healthy refference sample in composite score (p<0,001), general health (p=0,007), general vision (p<0,001), near activities (p<0,001), distance activities (p<0,001), social functioning (p<0,001), mental health (p<0,001), role (p=0,002), dependency(p<0,001), and color vision (p<0,001) subscale.
