Abstract
Struktur gedung Hotel All Seasons Jogjakarta dirancang dengan sistem flat slab. Perencanaan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) sesuai dengan kondisi kota Jogjakarta yaitu mempunyai intensitas gempa sedang. Dalam perhitungan gaya gempa menggunakan analisis dinamik spektrum respons. Perencanaan Gedung ini berdasarkan “Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-2847-2002)” dan sesuai “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-1726-2002)”. Hasil perencanaan struktur gedung Hotel All Seasons Jogjakarta terdiri dari balok dengan tulangan utama diameter 19 mm (D19) dan tulangan geser diameter 12 mm (P12), kolom dengan tulangan utama diameter 19 mm (D19) dan tulangan geser diameter 12 mm (P12), Pelat dengan tulangan utama diameter 10 mm (D10), Pondasi tiang bor dengan tulangan utama diameter 19 mm (D19) dan tulangan geser diameter 10 mm (P10). vii ABSTRACT All Seasons Hotel Jogjakarta Structure is designed with a flat slab system. Planned using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM) in accordance with the conditions of the city of Jogjakarta has a medium intensity earthquake. The Measure of earthquake strength using dynamic response spectrum analysis. Design of this building based on "Planning Procedures for Calculation of Concrete Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847-2002)" and "Planning Procedures for Building Earthquake Resistance (SNI 03-1726-2002). " The result of designing All Seasons Hotel Jogjakarta structure consists of beam with diameter 19 mm (D19) of longitudinal reinforced and diameter 12 mm (P12) of shear reinforced, column with diameter 19 mm (D19) of longitudinal reinforced and diameter 12 mm (P12) of shear reinforced, Plates with diameter 10 mm (D10) of longitudinal reinforced, Bored Pile foundation with diameter 19 mm (D19) of longitudinal reinforced and diameter 10 mm (P10) of shear reinforced.
