Abstract

ABSTRAK Pantai Maron merupakan kawasan wisata pantai yang posisinya bersebelahan dengan muara Kali Silandak. Untuk mengatasi pendangkalan pada mulut sungai telah dibangun sistem pengaman pantai berupa kombinasi jetty dan groin di tahun 2008. Setelah 2 tahun, ditemukan indikasi adanya perubahan garis pantai di sekitar jetty Kali Silandak. Maksud dan tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengevaluasi efektifitas bangunan pengaman pantai eksisting Pantai Maron dan merencanakan penanganan yang tepat. Proses evaluasi dan pemilihan bangunan pengaman pantai menggunakan model ADCIRC dalam program SMS (Surface water Modelling System) dan GENESIS (Generalized Model for Simulating Shoreline Change). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa jetty telah berhasil mengurangi pendangkalan pada muara sungai. Namun sistem groin yang terpasang tidak mampu mencegah perubahan garis pantai yang disebabkan karena transpor sedimen sepanjang pantai yang terhalang oleh jetty. Penanganan ditujukan untuk mempetahankan garis pantai sekalius menambah suplai sedimen pada wilayah Pantai Maron. Pemilihan penanganan dilakukan dengan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut ditentukan penanganan dengan menambah jumlah groin sepanjang 400 meter di kanan-kiri jetty. Penanganan direncanakan menggunakan sistem groin transisi dari susunan beton caisson berdiameter 1 meter dengan panjang bervariasi mulai dari 11 meter sampai 18 meter. Elevasi puncak groin +2,00 dan jarak antar groin 30 meter. Kata Kunci : garis pantai, analisis, groin, jetty ABSTRACT Maron beach is a tour area that laid in mouth of Kali Silandak. To solve the sedimentation in river mouth, a sea protection system was built like jetty and groyne in 2008. After 2 years there is a changing of shore line in roundabout Silandak river. The aim of this final task are to evaluate the efectiveness from existing jetty of shore protection structure in Maron sea and plan the shore protection structure accurately. Evaluation process of shore protection by using ADCIRC model in SMS (Surface Water Modelling System) and GENESIS (Generalized Model for Simulating Shoreline Change). The result of evaluation show that jetty had been succesfully to decrease the sedimentation in Silandak river mouth. But the system of groyne can not protect the changing of shore line dramaticaly from the long shore sediment that blocked by jetty. The solving problems to be aimed to keep the shore line change and then catch the sediment supply. In Maron beach area, the selection of solving problem by using hierarky analysis process. According the hierarky analysis process the solution to solve the problem in Maron beach by redesign the groynes system along 400 meters in right side and left side of jetty. A trantitional groyne system are composed by caisson with dimention 11 meters until 18 meters for length, 30 meters for distance between groynes and +2,00 for crest elevation.
