ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH PADA SHARING PENGETAHUAN ANTAR PERUSAHAAN PADA KLASTER LOGAM KABUPATEN TEGAL

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan berbagai penelitian, masih jarang ditemukan adanya joint action diantara perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada dalam klaster industri di Indonesia. Selain itu sharing pengetahuan sebagai salah satu soft manfaat dari klaster juga masih kurang. Tidak efektifnya sharing pengetahuan dalam rantai pasok yang ada dalam klaster dapat menyebabkan kerugian biaya dan dihasilkannya komponen produk yang kurang memenuhi spesifikasi yang diharapkan oleh supplier, mengingat pentingnya sharing pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan utilitas dan singkronisasi rantai pasok serta mengurangi konflik diantara dua organisasi yang terlibat dalam hubungan rantai pasok dalam klaster. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada keefektifan sharing pengetahuan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kontekstual yang berpengaruh pada niat berbagi adalah ketergantungan, sedangkan faktor organisasional yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbagi pengetahuan antara lain kapasitas absorbsi, kedekatan geografis dan dukungan ICT (information Communication Technology) dan sifat pengetahuan.Sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada efektifitas sharing pengetahuan adalah niat berbagi pengetahuan. ABSTRACT Based on various studies, it is still rare to find a joint action among existing firms in the industrial cluster in Indonesia. Besides knowledge sharing as one of the soft benefits of clusters is still lacking. Ineffectiveness of sharing knowledge in supply chains that exist in the cluster can lead to loss of cost and resultant product components not meet the specification is expected by the supplier, given the importance of knowledge sharing to improve the utility and asynchronous supply chain and reduce the conflict between the two organizations involved in supply chain relationships in the cluster. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of sharing knowledge using analytical techniques Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS. Results of the study indicate that the contextual factors that influence the intention to share is dependency, while organizational factors that influence the ability sharing knowledge are absorption capacity, geographical and support of ICT (Information Communication Technology) and the nature of knowledge. The most influential factor on the effectiveness of sharing knowledge is the intention of sharing knowledge.
