Abstract

Queue process is a process related to customer arrival in a service facility if the officers are busy which waiting in a queueing line, until they are serviced and finally leave the facility after they are serviced. Even though queue system is a group of customer, service, and some rules to regulate arrival customers. Queue is existed if the conditions of objects should be serviced, but facing delay cause of busy service mechanism. It is also happened on definited traffic collision or traffic collision penalty at State Court. This such many collision makes long queue in waiting for adjudication on Semarang State Court. For a little traffic collision then one judge is proper, but for many traffic collision it should be three judges. For analyzing the queue at the traffic collision at Semarang State Court, it is used queue theory application in its service system, so it can be determined for the model and performance of its queue system. Based of analysis of queue theory which conducted, it yielded the best model for its service system if the number of traffic collision penalty is little such as (M/G/4):(GD/∞/∞) and many cases, for the first judge is (M/G/7):(GD/∞/∞), for the second judge is (M/G/4):(GD/∞/∞) and for the third judge is (M/G/3):(GD/∞/∞).
