Abstract
Dalam penulisan ini akan dibahas secara mendalam teorema Perron-Frobenius dari matriks buiur sangkar irredusibel yang memiliki bilangan-bilangan nil non-negatif sebagai elemennya. Perhatian utama terletak pada sifat-sifat spektral 5 yaitu sifat nilai karakteristik matriks. Pada bagian akhir akan dibahas •batas atas dan batas bawah radius spektral p(A) untuk kias matriks
