Abstract

Analisis timbal dalam sampel darah hurung dara sete¬lah 24 jam diinjeksi larutan timbal nitrat (5 mL Ph 40 ppm) telah dilakukan dengan r.,enambahan 0,1 M asam nitrat dan 0,2 mg/ml, magnesium nitrat sebagai modf,fier-stabili.zer clan ekstraksi dengan pengomilek APDC (ammoniumpirolidin-ditikarbamat), pelarut NIBK (metilisobutilketon) pada pH 25 - 0,1. Analisis timbal mengelunakan AAS meriurijukkan 1,19 ppm dan 1,982 ppm, masing-mas.ing untuk penambahan asam nitrat-magnesium nitrat dan ekstraksi APDC-MIBK. Dari penelitian disimpulkan hahwa ekstraksi APDC-MIBK lebih balk dibanding-zkan dengan pereaksi asam nitrat-magnesium nitrat untuk analisa logam timbal dalam sampel darah. The analysis of lead in pigeon blood sample after 24 hours of lead injection to the pigeon k5 mL Pb 40 ppm) had been done by pretreatment of nitrate acid 0,1 N and magnesium nitrate 0,2 mgimL 1 : 1 (v/v) as modi.fter-stabIL¬Ltoer and of extraction with AFDC (ammoniumpirolidin¬dithiocarbamate) coTplex-HIBK (methylisobhutylketone) solvent at pH of 2,5 - 0,1. The lead analysis using AAS was found 1,19 ppm and 1,982 ppm for pretreatment. of . nitrate acid-magnesium nitrate reagent and APDC-NIBK extraction respectivelly. From the research was concluded that the pretreatment using AFDC-MIBK was better than nitrate acid- magnesium nitrate reagent for the analysis of Lead metal in blood sample.
