Isolasi dan analisis minyak atsiri dari spesies Acorus Calomus L. (Dlingo).

Abstract

It had been isolated of essential oils from rhizoma of Acorus calarnus ( dlingo ). The plant was from Wonogiri Central Java. Of isolation yield 0,26% from fresh rhizoma and 1,3% from dried rhizoma. Analysis of essential oils using gas chromatography found 30 components from fresh rhizoma and 32 components from dried rhizoma. Compared to data of literature the main component is 0-Asaron and c4-Asaron with retention times 65,610 and 72,153 minute from dried rhizoma and 85,626 and 72,184 from fresh rhizoma. Physical characterization of spesific gravity was 1,0776 for dried rhizoma and 1,5025 for fresh rhizoma. Identification of refractive index showed that essential oils was 1,5335 - 1,5495 for dried rhizoma and was 1,5281 - 1,5365 for fresh rhizoma.
