Abstract

Telah dilakukan isolasi senyawa triterpenoid dari ranting tumbuhan Artocarpus elasticus yang terdapat di Desa Pedalangan Kecamatan Banyumanik, Semarang. Isolasi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut n-heksana. Pemisahan dilakukan dengan kromatografi kolom menggunakan adsorben silika gel G 60 dan pelarutnya menggunakan n-heksanp. : etil asetat. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemurnian dengan cara rekristalisasi menggunakan pelarut metanol dan diperoleh kristal berwarna putih dengan titik leleh 80-82o C. Dengan pendekatan kemotaksonomi, pengujian spektrofotometri Infra merah, Ultra violet dan Spektroskopi Massa serta membandingkan data dengan literatur menunjukkan bahwa senyawa hasil isolasi adalah sikloartenil asetat. Isolation of triterpenoids containing in branch of Artocarpus elasticus where was taken from Desa Pedalangan, Kecainatan Banyumanik, Semarang has been done. Isolation of triterpenoid compound was done by maseration method with silica gel G 60 as an adsorbent and ri-hexane : ethyl acetate as a solvent. And than the recrystaltlization with methanol gave white crystal with m.p 80-82 C. In comparison with the literature data, chemotaxonomy approach and analysis by Infra Red spectroscopy, Ultra Violet spectroscopy, Mass Spectroscopy, the compound as the result of the isolation was cycloartenyl acetate. vii i submission for purposes of security, back-up and preservation.
