Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian variasi tegangan tabung dan luas lapangan -penyinaran terhadap --penurunan -kont-as radiogaf pada rentang tenaga siriar-X radiodia.postik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan phantom berupa air dalam wadah plastik tipis dengan tinggi 20 cm, leba• 30 cm dan panjang 42,5 cm serta koin dari Pb yang diletakkan di permukRan air sebagai obyek dengan radiasi hambur dan yang diletakkan di dasar air sebagai obyek tanpa radiasi hambur. Faker paparan yang digunakan adalah tegangan tabung mulai dari 60 kV sampai 90kV dengan interval 5 kV, 50 m,.A.s dan jarak fokus ke film 100 cm. Basil percohaan menuniukkan kenaikan tegangan tabling sinar-X clan. penambahan lugs lapangan penyinaran rnenyebabkan peningkatan radiasi hambur. Radiasi hambur yang dihasilkan dari proses interaksi foton sinar-X dengan obyek te•sebnt pada radiograf dapat menimbulkan penibahan densitas sehiugga tetjarli penurunan kontras citra radiogaf. it has been doing a research about the variety of tube voltage and field size of beam against to decreasing of the radiographic contrast in radiodiagnostic X-ray energy range. This experiments was used water phantom in thin plastic bag with 20 cm high, 30 cm width and 42.5 cm length„ also use Pb coin that put on the surface of the water as a object with scatter radiation and also on the bottom of the water as a object without scatter radiation. Tube voltage are used value voltage from 60 kV to 90 kV with interval of 5 kV, 50 mAs and focus to film distance (ri.D) was 100 cm. The result of the research shows that increasing of X-ray tube voltage and field size of beam can IT-fake increasing of scatter radiation, and also make increasing of density, that effect to decreasing of radiographic contrast.
