Karakterisasi polarisabilitas bahan dielektrik KH2PO4 terhadap perubahan konsentrasi dan temperatur

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang potarisabilitasi .bahan dielektrik KH2PO4 dengan perubahan temperatur dan konsentrasi. Penelitian tersebut ineliputi konstanta dielektrik, konsentrasi, dan polarisabilitas KH2PO4 terhadap pengaruh temperatur. Dengan menempatkan KH2PO4 diantara pelat sejajar dan diberi tegangan, KH2PO4 akan terpolarisasi kearah medan. Selanjutnya diberi variasi temperatur tmtuk beberapa konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polarisabilitas KH2PO4 bersifat non linear terhadap perubahan temperatur. There has been a research about polarization of dielectric material KH2PO4 using temperature change. The research evaluated dielecric constant, concentration, and polarisation of KH2PO4 due to temperature change. By placing KH2PO4 beetween two charged coaxial plates, it will be polarized directed to the field. Then the temperature is changed for other concentration. The result shows that polarization of KH2PO4 is non linier to the temperature change.
