Abstract
Telah dilakukan percobaan mengenai karakteristik volt-amper transdioda (transistor yang beroperasi sebagai dioda) Silikon tipe TIP 31A, TIP 31C dan BD 203 pada bias maju untuk beberapa temperatur. Karakteristik volt-ampere diperoleh dengan mengukur besarnya tegangan terpasang dan arus yang dihasilkan. Hasil percobaan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan nilai perbandingan antara dua buah konstanta universal q(muatan dasar) dan k (konstanta Boltzman), q/k serta nilai celah energi pada T = 0°K (E00) melalui grafik karakteristik logaritmik volt-ampere dan grafik arus balik jenuh terhadap temperatur. Basil percobaan memperlihatkan adanya ketergantungan karakteristik V/I terhadap temperatur. Nilai q/k yang diperoleh untuk erasing-masing transcoda adalah TIP 31A q/k : 11333 ± 72 CKJ TIP 31C q/k : 11746 ± 108 CKJi BD 203 q/k 11697 ± 70 CKJ4 Sedangkan nilai Ea° yang diperoleh adalah TIP 31A Eo - - 1,01 ± 0,02 eV G TIP 31C E o : 1,07 ± 0,03 eV BD 203 E o - - 1,10 ± 0,03 eV G It has been done experiment about the volt-ampere characteristics of transdiodes (transistor is opereted such as diode) Silikon TIP 31A, TIP 31C and BD 203 to coward bias for several themperature. The volt-ampere characteristics are obtained by measuring the values of voltages and current. The result of this experiment can be used to obtain ratio value between two universal constant g( elementary charge ) and k( Boltzman constant ), q/k and energy gap at T = 0 K., EG0 with the logaritmic graphic of volt-ampere characteristic and reverse current graphic to themperature. The results of this experiment to show depending volt-ampere characteristics to themperature. The values of q/k are obtained from transdiodes each are TIP 31A q/k = 11333 t 72 CKJ TIP 31C q/k = 11746 ± 108 CKJi TIP 31A q/k = 11333 ± 70 CKJ and the values of E00 are obtained from transdiodes each are TIP '31A EGO = 1,01 ± '0,02 eV TIP 31A EGo = 1,07 ± 0,03 eV TIP 31A EGo = 1,10 ± 0,03 eV ry This document is Undip Institutional Repository Collection.
