Abstract
Monitor tangan dirancang untuk mendeteksi adanya kontaminasi radioaktif ( alfa dan beta ) pada tangan pekerja radiasi di kawasan instalasi nuklir. Antarmuka monitor tangan dirancang dengan mikrokomputer Micro-Professor ( MPF - 1 ) yang menggunakan Z80-CPU. Z80-CTC .digunakan sebagai fungsi pencacah dan pewaktu, sedangkan Z80-PIO digunakan untuk mentransmisikan data secara serentak ke tampilan digit dan untuk memprogram lampu-lampu indikator. Pada perancangan, tampilan cacah alfa dibuat dalam dua digit dan tampilan cacah beta empat digit. Dari perancangan diperoleh pewaktuan 5,03 detik. Pewaktuan ini merupakan waktu .yang dibutuhkan untuk. me.lakukan pencacahan. ABSTRACT The hand monitor is designed to detect the presence of radaioactive contamination ( alpha and beta ) on hands of users of radioactive materials in nuclear instalation area. The interface of hand monitor was designed with microcomputers Micro-Professor (MPF-I) used Z80 CPU. The Z80-CTC was used for counting and timing functions, and the Z80-PIO was used for transmit data to digital display and to program indicators lamps. At this designed, the display of alpha count is made of two digit and four digit for beta count. Result of timing is 5,03 secon. This timing is used for control the counting time.
