PERSEPSI PEGAWAI PAJAK TERHADAP PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA KINERJA INDIVIDUAL (Studi Kasus pada KPP Pratama Tegal)

Abstract

With the effective use of technology of information the company may obtain superiority for every employee. This research purpose to find out indicators wich influence advantages technology of information and the impact on individual performance in KPP Pratama Tegal. The reasons why this research gets done are: first, technology of information is lagerly used in public sector, especially in tax office. Second this research is able to understand indicator considered in determining the assembling technology of information. The sample used on this research consist of overrall employee in accountancy which is uses technology of information. The data collected as many as 44 questionnaires and the number of eligible and analyzed a total of 42 questionnaires (95,45%). Analyses are used by using multivariate analysis SPSS.16. The result of reseach enters factors in the profitable of technology of information. Such as sosial factors, affect, and the consequency result positive effect but not siginificant over individual performances. This is caused of condition and user’s feeling which are really supported. The suitability and conditions that facilitate results positive and significant effect over individual performances. The reason cause of IT utilization according to the task were given. KPP Pratama Tegal has all ready given the good facilities. The complexity result negatif effect over individual employee’s work. The reasons caused of utilization information technology become lower because IT also more complex than ever.
