Thu quality of welded joint depend on the parameters used, two important parameter are oloctric current and travelling speed. If both are suitable the quality of welded is good. In manual work these Parameters depend on experience of welder, but it can found by experiments in the laboratory. With weldinq parameters the hardnesb number of welded begin base metal to welded are not the same, theoretically heat affected zone has lower hardness number then the other zones. On t.hi s research these parameters selected are heat parameter, indicatj of these are based on visualinvestigation; X ray film invest ig,ut ion ; r01 ": r OstruCtUre Ysib; hardnebb tebt and tewalle test. From the parameters used for welding we get the hardness number of heat affected zone.
