PENELITIAN EFEKTIVITAS MISI JAWA TENGAH KE WAR NEGERI

Abstract

This research aims at weighing up the effectiveness of Central Java Provincial-led missions abroad. A descriptive analysis is utilized to assess the missions undertaken in many activityand many country, such as, Malaysia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, etc between 2001 to 2003 on the basis of the following its program organization, its adequate foreign market information, its strategic orientation program and operational efficiency. Fifty seven samples comprise of selected government officials and members of provincial house of representatives, business association leaders, businessmen and educator who had already carried out Central Java missions abroad were withdrawn as respondents of this study. In order to avoid budget wasteful, and to be effective, therefore, the study recommends some suggestions to the policy makers and business association leaders to come up in the near future. The study recomends as follow: the organizing the Central Java-led missions abroad; criteria effeotiveness of Central Java-led missions abroad; Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Central Java¬' led missions abroad; Central Java Markteing and Promotion Committee organization and its job description.
