Abstract
This research examines the influence of workfamily conflict on turnover intentions withjob satisfaction as as a intervening variable. There are two source pf work family conflict in this research : Work interfere with family and Family interfere with work. Turnover Intentions may arise from un job satisfaction and workfamily conflict. This research uses technical survey on 80 auditor respondent which work in 120 Audit firm in Java. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with program Partial Least Square (PLS). The result ofthis research indicate that workfamily conflict has a negative effect with job satisfaction on auditor. Also this research indicate that Turnover intention has a negative effect onjob satisfaction. Keyword. Work Family Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Turnover
