Abstract

Each of business organization are demanded to be always ready for facing business competitiveness. One alternative measure for organization in order to able to compete with its competitors is by used information technology as much as it can to design information system in appropriate with organization's need. PT PLN (Ltd.) Makassar Branch Office is using information system technology by design Online Payment Point System application, this system has purpose to facilitate its customer service system . Investment within those information technology fields require relatively huge capital, therefore it need to perform evaluation upon the applied information system successfulness . Within this research, DeLone and McLean models are used to assess the information system successfulness . DeLone and McLean models successfulness testing were represented by system quality, information quality, use, use satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact. As sample in this research were employees of PT PLN (Ltd.) Makassar Branch Office whom qualified to be taken as sample. Employees who were taken as sample in this research are amount to 140 persons. Results of research, which then analysed used AMOS 5.00, implied that system quality and information quality had positively influence toward use satisfaction, user satisfaction, while use had positively influence on organizational impact. According to those analysis results, it's found that system quality and information quality were not having any positive influence toward use. This situation occurred because the usage of information system was imperative in nature.
