One of important aspect need to be considered by the company is human resources, because however the company doing their activity in a perfect way they could, all of that would not going well if there is no support of a good human resources. In order to improve work productivity, the company can be giving compensation and good working environment. The purpose of this study is to find out whether significant effect of compensation and working environment occurs on the employees work productivity. Hypothesis to be proposed is a positive effect of the compensation and working environment into work productivity of the production department employees. The research type is explanatory research using 70 respondents then the method of sample taking is proportional random sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, an SPSS-based data analysis is used for determining regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The analysis results in a positive effect of compensation and working environment into work productivity of the production department employees.
