ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN DATE II KENDAL

Abstract

ABSTRACT Title : The Financial Performance analysis of, The Drinking Water Regional Enterprise ( PDAM) in Kendal Regency. The long moneter and economy crisis begins from the year of 1997 is very influenced to the drinking water service, expecially PDAM. That is why it is very useful to do the performance analysis expecially in financial, in order to get the trouble directly and get the solution. The survey about financial performance is including analysis of the debt structure, efficiency and the bonafide those three elements simultantly give the evaluation of health degree of the PDAM. This survey is done in PDAM Kendal Regency with the object target in the financial performance analysis with descriptive analysis methode for knowing now the debt structure, efficiency and the bonafide degree influence the financial performance of PDAM, expecially appeared in the year of 1997 — 1998 when the moneter and economy crisis and other aspect happened up to now. This result of the survey oppoints that although commonly remain health but it must be seriously watch about the low ratio such as : debt coverage ratio, the operational fee per M3 sold water, working ratio, water lack, the bonafide sold and the activa returned. Krisis moneter dan ekonomi yang berkepanjangan yang dimulai pada tahun 1997 sangat berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan pelayanan air minum, khususnya PDAM. Oleh karena itu perlu dilaksanakan analisis Kinerja khususnya Keuangan, agar segera dapat diketahui penyebab dan dicari pemecahannya. Penelitian tentang Kinerja Keuangan mencakup analisis terhadap Struktur Hutang, Efisiensi dan Tingkat Keuntungan. Ketiga komponen tersebut secara simultan memberikan penilaian tingkat kesehatan PDAM. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PDAM Kendal dengan sasaran objek adalah analisis Kinerja Keuangan dengan metode analisa deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana Struktur Hutang, Efisiensi dan Tingkat Keuntungan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan PDAM, khususnya yang terjadi pada tahun 1997 — 1998 dimana krisis moneter, ekonomi dan lain lain masih berlangsung sampai saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun secara umum tetap sehat namun perlu diwaspadai tentang rasio-rasio yang masih rendah, yaitu : Debt Coverage Ratio, Pengeluaran Operasional per m3 air terjual, Working Ratio, Kebocoran Air, Keuntungan penjualan dan pengembalian aktiva. Namun penyebab dari semua ini adalah tentang hutang ADB yang cukup mengganggu Kinerja Keuangan PDAM, efisiensi dan kurang optimalnya aset yang dimiliki. and under optimal asset having.
