Abstract

Kecukupan gizi sangat diperlukan oleh individu. Ibu hamil merupakan kelompok rawan masalah gizi terutama anemia. Angka kematian ibu hamil amsih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi zat gizi (protein, Fe dan Vitamin C) dengan kadar Hb ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Pearson Corelation. 54,5% termasuk kategori tingkat konsumsi sedang, dengan rata-rata tingkat konsumsi protein 86,3 g,+13,5154.38% termasuk kategori tingkat konsumsi Fe defisit, dengan rata-rata tingkat konsumsi Fe 74,73 mg +14.54,3 termasuk kategori tingkat konsumsi sedang, dengan rata-rata tingkat konsumsi vitamin C 82,66 mg + 11,85. rata-rata kadar Hb ibu hamil adalah 9,5 g/dl. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, perlu ditingkatkan kerjasama yang lebih baik antara Petugas Kesehatan Puskesmas dengan kader kesehatan atau kader posyandu yang ada, sehingga masalah anemia dapat diatasi. Pregnant mother is agroup who disturbed by nutrition problem especcialy anemia. Mortality of pregnant mother is still high. Anemia is happened because subnormal Hb rate in blood. The analisis of statistic is Pearson Corelation. This research type is explanatory research, with cross sectional approach method, 54,5% goes to adequate category, that the average of consumtion protein is 86,37% + 13,51 38% goes to deficit category, the average of consumption Fe is 74,73% +14,46% 54,5 goes to adequate category, the average of consumption vitamin C is 82,86% +11,85. Average pregnant mother Hb rate is 9,5 g/dl. Normality data test indicates protein, Fe and vitamin C is distribution, so to be continued by Pearson Corelation Statistic Test. From the research the healthy departement should effort the public by communicate nutrition counseling, so the public prevent the nutrition problem in their family.
