BEBERAPA FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA PETUGAS UKS PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract

Strata UKS,strata pelayanan kesehatan sekolah dan cakupan kader kesehatan sekolah merupakan indikator status kesehatan anak sekolah. Selama tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2004 cakupan program UKS di Kabupaten Banyumas terjadi penurunan dan masih dibawah target yang telah ditentukan. Kondisi tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kinerja petugas UKS Puskesmas belum optimal dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, juga peran petugas UKS sebagai tenaga terdepan dalam upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan anak sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas UKS Puskesmas dalam peningkatan strata UKS di Kabupaten Banyumas. Faktor tersebut adalah masa kerja, pelatihan, motivasi, kepemimpinan, sumber daya dan insentif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survai dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian diKabupaten Banyumas dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 39 orang petugas UKS puskesmas. Sumber data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 13,0. Berdasarkan uji chi square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (p-value = 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa variable platihan (p-value = 0,037) terbukti secara statistik mempunyai hubungan yang significan dengan kinerja petugas UKS puskesmas sedangkan variable masa kerja (p-value = 0,723), motivasi (p-value = 0,163), kepemimpinan (p-value = 1,000),sumber daya (p-value = 1,000) dan insentif (p-value = 1,000) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja petugas Puskesmas. Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas UKS puskesmas yaitu masa kerja, motivasi, kepemimpinan, sumber daya dan insentif perlu mendapatkan perhatian guna meningkatkan kinerja petugas UKS puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas. The factor is year of service, training, motivate the, leadership, resource and incentive. Research type used by is research survey with the approach of cross sectional. Research location in Banyumas Regency with the responder amount as much 39 people of worker of UKS Puskesmas. Source of primary Data obtained with the interview use the questioner. Data-Processing conducted by using SPSS version 13,0. Pursuant to test of chi square with the belief degree 95% (p-value 0,05)indicating that variable training (p-value=0,037) proven statistically have the relation which significant with the performance of worker of UKS Puskesmas of while year of service variable (p-value = 0,723),motivation (p-value = 1,000) and incentive (p-value = 1,00) do not own the relation which significant with the performance of worker of UKS Puskesmas.
