Abstract
Salah satu permasalah gizi lebih adalah kegemukan. Kegemukan tidak hanya dialami oleh orang dewasa tetapi oleh semua golongan umur, termasuk anak-anak. Banyak orang tua bangga mempunyai mempunyai anak yang bertubuh gemuk, karena ada anggapan bahwa anak yang gemuk adalah anak yang sehat. Pola makan anak yang berlebih sering kurang mendapat perhatian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kejadian gizi pada anak TK yang mengalami gizi lebih. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jumlah sampel ditetapkandengan menggunakan tehnik snow ball. Informan adalah ibu subyek yang bersedia diwawancarai. Jumlah subyek adalah 11 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, penimbanagn berat badan dan pengukuran tinggi badan. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kejadian gizi lebih di TK Marsudirini kanak-Kanak Jesus sebesar 41%. hal ini disebabkan karena faktor pemudah yaitu pengetahuan gizi dan sikap ibu yang kurang mengerti dampak gizi lebih, kebiasaan makan anak yang suka mengkonsumsi makanan berlebih, dan daya beli orang tua yang cukup baik. Faktor pemungkin diantaranya promosi makanan yang mempengaruhi anak dalam memilih makanan serta faktor penguat yaitu keluarga yangs sering membawakan makanan kesukaan anak, dan peran guru yang masih kurang dalam memberikan pengetahuan gizi. Guru sebaiknya memotivasi anak agar mempunyai kebiasaan makan yang baik. Kata Kunci: Gizi lebih, Anak TK QUALITATIVE STUDY OF OVER NUTRITION CAUSED FACTORS OF KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL STUDENTS OF TK MARSUDIRINI KANAK-KANAK JESUS SEMARANG 2005 A problem of over nutrition is over weight. Over weight is not experienced by adults only, but it also occured on the entirely age class, including children. Many parents feel so proud of their fatty children, because because their is an opinion said that the fattier their child, the healthier their child. The over food consuming of child is often less attention. This research purposes to know the over nutrition that occured on the kindergarten school students and the expected factors which is related to over nutrition. This research is conducted in Marsudirini kindergarten School of Semarang. The subject of the research in the kindergarten school student who experienced over nutrition. This research uses descriptive method by using qualitative approaches. The sample amount is determined by using snow ball technique. The informant is the mother of the subject that willing to be interviewed. The amount of the subject is 11.Data collective techniques are conducted by observation, depth interview, weighing and meassure the children's body.The research result shows that the over nutrition occured on TK Marsudirini Kanak - Kanak Jesus as much 41%.It caused by predisposing factors such nutrition knowledgeable and the mother's behavior that less know about the over nutrition effects, the habit of the child to over consume foods, and the good purchase effort of the parents. The enabling factors includes food promotion that influences in food consuming and family as reinforcing factor who often bring the favorite food of their children, and less attention of teachers to give much information about nutrition. Teachers should motivate their students having good food consuming. acher better motivate the child to having habit eat good consuming. Keyword: Over Weight,Child of Nursery School
