Abstract
Nursing service is part of health services give to the society, so the management in nursing field will determine nursing quality it self. In recent documentation condition, it is not appropriate with the expected standard. It influences the distribution process continuity of qualified nursing education. The problem here is about non completed nursing documentation of Purbalingga Regency Hospital. The research aimed to find out information about factors influenced non completed nursing documentation in Purbalingga Regency Hospital. This research used qualitative analysis technique with descriptive method. Data collection method in this research used Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for organizer nurse and interview. The result shows that non completed nursing documetation is influenced by nurse behavior in doing nursing documentation. It consist s of documentation behavior in considering, diagnoses, planning, implementing, evaluation, nurse motivation factors both intrinsic and extrinsic, stress factors include physic environment stressor, individual sressor, group stressor and organization stressor.
