Abstract

Pada dasamya, tujuan perusahaan dalam mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk adalah memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen untuk menciptakan loyalitas merk. Loyalitas merk merupakan kepuasan konsumen terhadap suatu merk yang terakumulasi secara terus menerus disamping adanya persepsi tentang kualitas produk. Oleh karma ha' perusahaan hams membangun loyalitas merk konsumen sebagai strategi pemasaran untuk memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan pengalaman sebelumnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas merk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen sepeda motor Honda di Semarang Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Hasil analisis mendukung 4 (empat) hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, pengalaman sebelumnya berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merk dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merk. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Mode! (SEM) untuk menguji 4 (empat) hipotesis yang telah dikembangkan. Hasit komputasi untuk pengujian model menunjukkan basil yang dapat diteritna dengan menggunakkan goodness ofjit yaitu GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) 0,897; AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index) 0,844; CFI (Comparative Fit Index) 0,987; RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) 0,053; TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) 0,953; Significancy Probability 0,070 dan Chi-Square 76.882.Basically, the purpose of the firm impact to the customer to purchase of product are giving a satisfaction to their customer to create brand loyalty. The brand usually impact to the customer's purchasing behavior. Brand loyalty is a customer satisfaction to the brand which accumulated continuously beside the perception about a product quality. However, the firm must be building customer's brand loyalty as a marketing strategy to win the business competition. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact product quality and prior experience to the customer satisfaction and to analyze product quality and customer satisfaction to the brand loyalty. Population for this research is all Honda motorcycle's customer in Semarang The data were collected via questionnaire. The sum total of 100 customer responded to this research. The result of the analysis support the four hypothesis proposed in this research, there are product quality to impact customer satisfaction, prior experience impact customer satisfaction, product quality impact to brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction impact to brand loyalty. The acceptable test for signification test model have done by testing goodness of fit that is GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) 0,897; AGFI (Adjust Goodness of Fit Index) 0,844; CFI (Comparative Fit Index) 0,987; RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) 0,053; TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) 0,953; Significancy Probability 0,070 and Chi-Square 76.882.
