Abstract
This research is done at the branch of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Semarang. The researcher would like to know the differences of participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program that is on the level of participant education, the employment status of the participant and the income of the participant. In this research, the participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program is connected with fours factors that influence it, that is : the doktor's attitude, the quality of the service, the place examining, and the facility of the service. Then, the relation between the Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program participant satifaction level and the four factors which influenced are also observed. The sample of the is 300 participant of Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program in sevencompanies thet join in Jamsostek program which is devided into five location areas of research, that is central area, south area, west area, north area and east area, and it is done in order to know the spread of the participant of Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program existing in Semarang Branch Office. The participant of Jamsostek Health Care Guarantee program of Semarang branch office can be concluded as fallows : the education level of the participant is at least, average education have been educateed beyond Senior High School, for the permanent participant status have been the permanent employee while for the participat income is under Rp. 200.000,- The relation between the participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Healt Care Guarantee program four influncing factors, use statistics analysis model Chi-Square and Coefficient Contingency. The result of the research shows that for the education level, there is a significant relationship between the participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Healt Care Guarantee program with the place and the facility of the service, for the employment status there is significant relationship between the participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Healt Care Guarantee program with the doctor's attitude and the quality of the service, and for income there is significant connection between the participant satisfaction level of Jamsostek Healt Care Guarantee program with the doctor's attitude and the quality of the service. So it is necessary for the management to pay attention to the four factors mentioned above seriously in order to get the maximum level of the participant satisfaction of Jamsostek Healt Care Guarantee program ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Kantor Cabang Semarang. Peneliti ingin mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek yaitu pada tingkat pendidikan peserta, status kepegawaian peserta dan penghasilan peserta. Dalam penelitian ini tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dikaitkan dengan empat faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu : sikap dokter, mutu pelayanan, tempat praktek dan fasilitas pelayanan. Kemudian juga diteliti hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dengan keempat faktor yang mempengaruhi tersebut. Sampel penelitian adalah 300 orang peserta program JPK Jamsostek pada 7 (tujuh) perusahaan peserta program Jamsostek yang dibagi pada lima daerah lokasi penelitian, yaitu daerah tengah, selatan, barat, utara dan daerah timur, hal ini untuk mengetahui penyebaran peserta program JPK Jamsostek yang ada pada Kantor Ca:bang Semarang. Peserta program JPK Jamsostek Kantor Cabang Semarang dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : untuk tingkat pendidikan peserta rata-rata sudah berpendidikan SLTA keatas, untuk status kepegawaian peserta, sudah pegawai tetap sedang untuk penghasilan peserta masih dibawah upah Rp. 200.000,-. Hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dengan empat faktor yang mempengaruhi, menggunakan analisis statistik model Chi Square, dan Coefisien Contingensi. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan, untuk tingkat pendidikan ada hubungan yang signifikan, antara tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dengan tempat praktek dan fasilitas pelayanan, untuk status kepegawaian ada hubungan yang signifikan, antara tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dengan sikap dokter dan mutu pelayanan, sedangkan pada penghasilan ada hubungan yang signifikan, antara tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek dengan sikap dokter dan mutu pelayanan. Demikian untuk dapat mencapai tingkat kepuasan peserta program JPK Jamsostek yang maksimal, manajemen perlu memperhatikan secara sungguh-sungguh keempat faktor tersebut diatas.
