Abstract
ABSTRACT Human Resources management is facing the new chalenge with external and internal environment change that more dynamic. That chalenge relation with globalisation, many kind of employee, roles changes, organization structural changes, and also technology changes. Clime all segments are move diversity, so they need the ways resposition to manage human resources, and make the different function of human resources. A succeed organizations are organization that capable to translate the strategy fastly in function of strategy and done, beside the function of human resources can produce a good performance, because actually human resources have a potential or capability and individul characteritic or different individul behavior and what the posessive is that often produce of performance This research integrated the ability, and personal characteristic such as locus of control, that actually traits into framework as self efficacy that will impacts on employee performance. Self Efficacy form of reflection, both ability, motivation and personal characteristic such as locus of control. This research employed at Kopertis Wilayah V DIY with the population of lecturers as sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test four hypotheses proposed . The result show there are positive relatioships between ability, motivation, locus of control and self efficacy and then the self efficacy will positive impact to employee performance The accepable test for signification test model have done by testing goosness of fit that is GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) = 0,886, AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index) = 0,835 , CFI (Comparative Fit Index) = 0,970, RMSEA (The Root Square Erroe of Approximation) = 0,050, TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) = 0,963, and CR (Critical Ratio) = > 2,0. ABSTRAKSI Manajemen Sumberdaya manusia (MSDM) tengah mengahadapi tantangan baru seiring dengan perubahan lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal yang semakin dinamis Tantangan tersebut berkaitan dengan globalisasi, karyawan yang semakin beraneka ragam, perubahan peraturan, perubahan struktural organisasi, serta perubahan teknologi. Tuntutan berbagai bidang semakin beraneka ragam, sehingga perlu reposisi cara-cara mengelola SDM, dan menyebabkan potensial mendorong pergeseran fungsi SDM . Organisasi yang sukses adalah mereka yang mampu secara cepat menerjemahkan strategi ke dalam strategi-strategi fungsional dan tindakan, tidak terkecuali fungsi Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM). Secara detail sebenarnya sumber daya manusia dapat berperan atau menghasilkan kinerja yang baik karena sesungguhnya SDM secara individual mempunyai potensi atau kemampuan dan ciri khas pribadi atau perilaku individu yang berbeda-beda, dan apa yang dimiliki inilah yang sering menghasilkan kinerja Penelitian ini menyatukan kemampuan (ability), dan ciri khas pribadi seperti pengendalian did (locus of control), yang secara pasti menjadi suatu bentuk kerja sebagai kepercayaan did (self efficacy), sehingga dapat menjelaskan dan memperkirakan tentang adanya kinerja seseorang (performance). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kopertis Wilayah V Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan dosen sebagai respondennya .Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menguji empat hipotesis yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara kemampuan (ability), motivasi (motivation), dan pengendalian did (locus of control) terhadap kepercayaan did (self efficacy), dan selanjutnya dengan self efficacy tersebut akan mempangaruhi kinerja (performance) seseorang. Hasil komputasi untuk pengujian model menunjukkan hasil yang dapat diterima dengan menggunakan Goodness of fit yaitu GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) = 0,886, AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index) = 0,835 , CFI (Comparative Fit Index) = 0,970, RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) = 0,050, TLI (Tucker Lewis Index) = 0,963 dan CR (Critical Ratio) = >2
