Abstract

Indonesia as agricultural country is already inside the global capitalism’s food trap of developed countries. Seven major non-rice food comodities which consumed by the societies are imported. Even, four from the seven non-rice food comodities which are wheat, soya bean, poultry product are already in critical condition. By improving poultry quality, could assist government solving those issues. The expensive price for poultry’s forage, bio-mineral and vitamin as fortification material; and various antibiotics which supposed to be given in forage will caused negative impact to the metabolism system which related to the poultry’s growth and product especially meat and egg. This symptoms seen with the increasing of poultry’s secretion volume and smells, also the less water consumed by poultries. Those symptoms show that poultry’s metabolism system are disturb, which caused small result of conversion. Research is engaged within the poultry farm located in Nongkosawit Village, Gunungpati - Semarang. Pro-biotic NOPKOR PSO and Pre-biotic PREMIKS (BIPMOF) therapy to poultry was expected to increase poultry’s forage conversion against poultry’s weight in Nongkosawit poultry farm. 8000 chickens were taken as samples. Analytic’s result shows that poultry which under NOPKOR and PREMIKS therapy having glucose and fat level higher than the poultry that not using NOPKOR as therapy. However, protein level are lower on poultry under NOPKOR therapy against protein level on poultry without NOPKOR therapy. From Statistic result’s gained higher constant weight speed level (k) and poultry’s forage (µ) on poultry with NOPKOR therapy against the one without NOPKOR therapy.
