Abstract

Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Januari,2009 ABSTRAK HUBERTUS AGUNG PAMBUDI “Studi Fenomenologis : Kecemasan Keluarga Pada Pasien Stroke Yang Dirawat Di Ruang HND Santo Lukas Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Semarang” xiv + 83 Halaman + 2 Skema + 2 Tabel + 6 lampiran Data WHO tahun 2004 diperkirakan 15 juta orang tersebar di seluruh dunia menderita stroke, dimana kurang lebih 5 juta orang meninggal dan 5 juta orang mengalami cacat permanen, diperkirakan setiap 3 menit 1 orang meninggal oleh karena penyakit tersebut. Di Indonesia menurut survey tahun 2004 stroke merupakan pembunuh nomer satu di RS Pemerintah di seluruh penjuru Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mempelajari pengalaman kecemasan keluarga pada saat anggota keluarganya menderita penyakit stroke dan dirawat di Ruang HND. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Populasi adalah keluarga yang sedang menunggu anggota keluarga yang sedang dirawat di ruang HND St. Lukas RS St. Elisabeth Semarang. Sampel dilakukan secara purposive. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian adalah respon psikologis keluarga dalam menghadapi pasien stroke yang dirawat di ruang HND didapatkan dua tingkat kecemasan. Tingkat kecemasan sedang ditandai dengan sedih, berdebar- debar, sulit tidur. Tingkat kecemasan berat ditandai keluarga mengalami gelisah, bingung, sulit berkonsentrasi, takut kehilangan keluarga. Perilaku yang dilakukan keluarga dalam menghadapi masalah ini pasrah, berdoa, mempunyai keyakinan yang kuat serta konsultasi dengan keluarga lain dan mengikuti perkembangan pasien sesuai aturan Rumah Sakit. Kesimpulan : Perilaku dan sikap keluarga dalam menghadapi pasien stroke masih dalam rentang respon yang adaptif dan belum mengarah ke respon maladaptif, hal ini sangat menguntungkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik dalam pelayanan pada pasien. It is estimated that every 3 minutes 1 people died due to the disease. According to survey in 2004, stroke was the number one killer in Governmental hospital all over Indonesia. The aim of the research is to learn about the experience of family anxiety when their member of the family suffers from stroke disease and treated in HND theatre. Method used in this research is qualitative research with Phenomenological approach. The population of the research is the family waiting for their member treated in HND theatre of Santo Lukas of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Semarang. Sample was taken by purposive method. Data was taken by indept interview. The result of the research is family psychological response in facing with stroke patient treated in HND theatre. In this case, there are two levels of anxiety. Medium anxiety level signed by sad feeling, pulse beat, difficult to sleep. Mean while hard anxiety level is signed by his / her family is anxious about the patient, they are confused, difficult to consentrate and they are afraid of losing their family member. Behavior conducted by the family in facing with this problem is resignedly, praying, having a strong faith and consult with the other family and following with patient,s development according to the hospital rules. Conclusion : behavior and attitude of the family in facing with stroke patient is still in adaptive response and it has not subjected yet to maladaptive response, this is profitable for obtaining the best result in serving the patient.
