Sosialisasi Politik Pekerja Perempuan (Studi pada Pekerja Perempuan di Mal Ciputra Semarang)

Abstract

Nowadays Indonesian women are strived to develop and improved theirselves in the world of politics. With the UU 12 Tahun 2003 pasal 65 ayat (1) about the election, women represent in politics with given quota 30 % in legislative nomination in every election territory. But until now, it’s not yet reach maximum result. It is because of women less involvement on national politics constellation. This is caused by confidence crisis of women leadership qualities and politics education that still be regarded low. The awareness of the importance of women participation in politics need to be improved, especially on women in grassroot level. Women politics socialization is one alternative that can be used to promote the awareness of participation in politics so that political deceived women work well.
