Abstract

ABSTRACT This research based on the background though about urgenct the culture role in implementing the aim of organization, through employee work attitude. The comitment of organizational and work statisfactionly was form of emfloyee with attitude, in this research was supposed and influenced by value of culture who followed by everyemployee. Based on that background, this research aimed to know imfluence of the culture value demention on work attitude. This culture value dimentions as independent variable was meansured base on Hofstede (1980) concept, which consisted individuality culture velue, power distance culture velue, uncertainty avoidance culture value, masculinityculture value. On the other hand, work attitude as dependent variabe consisted of organizational comitment attitude and work statisfactionly attitude. By using multple regression analysis methode, this result of research included that : 1. Simultanconsly, induviduality culture value dimention, powerdistance culture value, uncertainty avoidance culture value, and masculinity culture value, significantly positive influentialon organizational comitment attitude and employee work statisfaction attitude. 2. Partially, those culture value dimensions: 1). Significantly, individuality culture value positive influential on organizational comitment attitude end employee work statisfaction attitude. 2). Sinificantly power distance culture value positive influential an organizational comitment attitude and non significant influential employee work statisfactions attitude. 3). Significantly uncertainly avoidance culture value negative influential comitment attitude and influential employee work statisfactions attitude. 4). Masculinity culture value non significant influential on organizational comitment attitude and employee work statisfactions attitude. Key Work : Influence culture value dimention on work attitude. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari latar belakang pemikiran pentingnya peranan budaya dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi, melalui sikap kerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan ketja merupakan sikap ketja karyawan, dalam penenlitian ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor nilai budaya yang dianut oleh setiap din i karyawan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi nilai budaya terhadap sikap kerja. Dimensi nilai budaya sebagai variabel bebas diukur berdasarkan konsep Hofstede (1980) yang terdiri nilai budaya individualitas (individuality), nilai budaya senjang kuasa (power distance), nilai budaya menghindar ketidakpastian ( uncertainty avoidance) dan nilai budaya maskulinitas (masculinity). Sedangkan sikap kerja sebagai variabel terikat terdiri dari sikap komitmen organisasional dan sikap kepuasan kerja. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, hasil penelitan ini menyimpulkan, bahwa : 1.Secara simultan dimensi nilai budaya individualitas nilai budaya senjang kekuasaan, nilai budaya menghindar ketidakpastian, dan nilai budaya maskulinitas signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap komitmen organisasional dan sikap kepuasan kerja karyawan.' 2.Secara parsial dimensi-dimensi nilai budaya tersebut : 1).Nilai budaya individualitas signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap komitmen organisasional dan sikap kepnasan kerja karyawan. 2).Nilai budaya senjang kekuasaan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap komitmen organisasional dan tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap sikap kepuasan kerja karyawan. 3).Nilai budaya menghindar ketidakpastian signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap sikap komitmen organisasional dan sikap kepuasan kerja karyawan. 4).Nilai budaya maskulinitas tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap sikap komitmen organisasional dan sikap kepuasan ketja karyawan. Kata kunci: Pengaruh dimensi nilai budaya terhadap sikap kerja
