Abstract
This study is review about some differentiation attributes that have an influence with customer consideration while take purchase decision so that we can use differentiation attribute to face competiton. Differentiation Attributes include of unique, product value, product quality and brand image . These influence of the attributes will examine to customer consideration while take a purchase decision to buy a product at Graha Estetika Real Estate. Result of this study showed that differentiation attribute such as unique, product value, product quality and brand image have a significant influence to costumer consideration while make a purcashe decision to buy a product at Graha estetika Real Estate. This study also review a teoritical implication and empirical evidence of teoritical aplication about differentiation attributes. Penelitian mi membahas mengenai atribut diferensiasi yang berpengaruh terhadap pertimbangan konsumen sebelum menganibH keputusan untuk membeli suatu produk sehingga dengan atribut diferensiasi tersebut suatu produk bisa unggul dalam menghadapi persaingan. Atribut-atribut diferensiasi tersebut terdiri dan keunikan, nilai produk, kualitas produk dan citra merek yang akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap pertimbangan konsurnen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membeli suatu produk yang berupa produk rumah di real estate Graha Estetika. Dalam penelitian mi telah menghasilkan bukti empirik bahwa atribut diferensiasi berupa keunikan, nilai produk, kualitas produk dan citra merek secara signifikan mempengaruhi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli rumah di real estate Graha Estetika. Penelitian mi juga menyajikan suatu model teoritis dan suatu bukti empiris atas aplikasi teori mengenai atribut-atribut diferensiasi.
