Abstract
Pelayanan perawatan bersifat subyektif dipengaruhi persepsi, sistem nilai, latar belakang pendidikan, sosial,ekonomi, budaya dan lain-lain. Elemen-elemen yang berhubungan dengan kinerja:peralatan, metode kerja, kwalitas lingkungan, fisik, iklim dan budaya organisasi serta sistem kompensasi, yang dipengaruhi: sarana prasarana, kemampuan sumber daya manusia, gairah kerja dan kualitas bahan baku. Meskipun sudah dilakukan peningkatan baik jumlah, pengetahuan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dibuat pula uraian tugas keperawatan dari kepala ruang sampai perawat pelaksana, serta SOP pelayanan keperawatan dan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan, namun masih ada kekurangan pada penerapan asuhan keperawatan yang belum sesuai standar khususnya pendokumentasian proses perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi perawat tentang faktor pendukung kinerja ( kemampuan, peralatan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, metode kerja) dengan penerapan asuhan keperawatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observational research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah persepsi kemampuan, persepsi peralatan, persepsi kompensasi, persepsi lingkungan kerja dan persepsi metode kerja. Sebagai variabel terikat adalah penerapan asuhan keperawatan. Jumlah responden 42 0rang diambil secara sampling pada bulan Mei 2005. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat yang meliputi tabulasi silang dengan uji rank spearman, untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel digunakan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Versi 10.00. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji rank spearman pada signifikan 0,05 diperoleh hasil ada hubungan antara persepsi peralatan (r-hitung 0,414 p-value 0,006 dengan kategori agak rendah), persepsi kompensasi (r-hitung -0,479 p-value 0,001 dengan kategori agak rendah), persepsi lingkungan kerja (r-hitung -0,445 p-value 0,003 dengan kategori agak rendah) dengan penerapan asuhan keperawatan. Tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi kemampuan (r-hitung 0,090 p-value 0,572 dan metode kerja (r-hitung -0,35 p-value 0,825) dengan penerapan asupan keperawatan. Untuk mengupayakan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal perawat harus meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pembuatan dokumentasi proses perawatan dengan benar, mengupayakan metode kerja sesuai standar. Kata Kunci: Penerapan askep, persepsi kinerja pelaksanaan askep, rawat inap A CORRELATION STUDY OF NURSE'S PERCEPTION TOWARD CONTRIBUTE FACTORS THE NURSING PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION OF NURSING PROCESS IN THE INPATIENT DEPARTEMENT OF BHAKTI WIRA TAMTAMA HOSPITAL SEMARANG Nursing service is subjective influenced by perception, value system, educational background, social, economic and culture. Some elements may contribute to nursing performance are equipment, work method, phisical environment quality, work culture and compensation system. Those elements influenced by facility, capability of human resources, work motivation and the quality of resources. Every effort has been made to improve the quality of nursing service through improvement of nurse quantity, knowledge quality, training, job discription of nurse unit manager and staff nurses, standard operating procedur of nursing care, nursing standard. However many nurses do not do document nursing processin accordance with nursing standard. The aim of this study is to know the correlation of nurse's perception of factors may contribute to the nursing performance (capability, equipment, compensation, work environment and work method) and application of nursing process. This Study is an observational research with cross sectional method. The location is inpatient departement of Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital. Independent variables in the study were nurse's perceptions of capability, perception of equipment, perception of compensation, perception of work environment and perception of work method. The dependent variable of this study is the application of nursing care. Respondent participated 42 randomly selected in May 2005. Data gathered then be analysed to show the correlation among variable in this study using SPSS for Windows version 10.00 program. Statistical analysis used in this study was rank spearman, the result are significant correlation between equipment perception (r-count 0,414 p-value 0,006 with low category), compensation perception (r-count -0,479 p-value 0,001 with low category), work environment perception (r-count -0,445 p-value 0,003 with low category) and application of nursing proces. Furthermore, the result of this study reveal that there was no significant correlation between nurse's capability perception (r-count0,090 p-value 0,572), work method perception (r-count -0,5 p-value 0,825) and application of nursing proces. It is recommended to Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital to develop monitoring system of application of nursing care, improvement of quality of nursing care and capability of nursing care documentation appropriatly, and keep services to meeting the standard.
