HUBUNGAN FAKTOR PELAYANAN PUSKESMAS DENGAN KEPUTUSAN PASIEN UNTUK MEMANFAATKAN RAWAT INAP ULANG DI PUSKESMAS PATUK I KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract

Sebagai tulang punggung penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan masyarakat strata pertama, Puskesmas bertanggung jawab atas masalah kesehatan di wilayah kerjanya. Untuk memperluas jangkauan pelayanan dan mutu pelayanan, maka dalam keadaan tertentu dibentuk puskesmas rawat inap dengan kapasitas 10 tempat tidur. Target pendapatan palayanan rawat inap ditentukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten. Salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan pemanfaatan palayanan rawat inap adalah faktor pelayanan puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor pelayanan puskesmas dengan keputusan pasien untuk memanfaatkan rawat inap ulang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observational dengan pendekatan belah lintang (cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 30 orang dengan teknik pengambilan ditentukan secara purposive. Pasien pasca rawat inap dikunjungi ke rumah diwawancarai dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang persepsi pelayanan puskesms selama di rawat inap. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Fisher exact dengan taraf kesalahan 5%(alfa=0,05) tentang hubungan antara pelayanan dokter, pelayanan perawat, pelayanan makanan, lingkungan langsung pasien dan pelayanan obat dengan keputusan pasien untuk memanfaatkan rawat inap ulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pelayanan dokter dengan keputusan (p-value=0,031), pelayanan perawat dengan keputusan (p-value=0,018),pelayanan makanan dengan keputusan (p-value=0,018),lingkungan langsung pasien (p-value=0,004) dengan keputusan pasien untuk memanfaatkan rawat inap ulang dan tidak ada hubungan antara pelayanan obat dengan keputusan pasien untuk memanfaatkan rawat inap ulang (p-value=0,119). Hasil penelitian dapat sebagai masukan bagi puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan khususnya rawat inap di Puskesmas Patuk. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan puskesmas, rawat inap ulang, keputusan Puskesmas THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUSKESMAS SERVICE FACTORS AND REUTILIZATION OF INPATION CARE IN PUSKESMAS PATUK I GUNUNGKIDUL DISTRICT As the mainstay of the implementation of public health effort in the first level in society, the public health center is responsible to health problems in its working area. in order to broaden its service and its quality range, so, in certain time it is important to build a hospitalized treatment of puskesmas with 10 rooms capacity.The income target of the hospitalized treatment service is determined by the Regency Health Offical. One factor that can raise the use of hospitalized treatment service is the factor of puskesmas service. The aim of this research is to know the correlation between service factors of public health service and the consumer's decision to use the hospitalized treatment. The type of this research is observational with cross sectional approach. The number of sample is 30 people with the sampling technique is determined purposively. The post-hospitalized treatment patients is visited at home and interviewed by using questionnaire about the perception of the Puskesmas service during the hospitalized treatment. The data is analyzed by using fisher exact test with the fault standard 5%(alfa=0,05)about the relationship between doctor service, nurse service, food service, patient's environment, medicine service and the reutilization of inpation care. The result of this research showed the existence of the correlation between doctor service and the patients' decision (p-value=0,031), nurse service and the patients' decision (p-value=0,018),food service and the patients' decision (p-value=0,018),patients' enviroment and the patients' decision to use frequent hospitalized treatment (p-value=0,004) and there is no correlation between medicine srvice and the patients' decision to reutilization of inpation care(p-value=0,119).
