PELAKSANAA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS BERBASIS KOMPUTER PADA REGISTRASI PASIEN DAN CATATA MEDIK DI WILAYAH KERJA DKK KOTA SEMARANG TAHUN 2005

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen puskesmas merupakan suatu tatanan atau peralatan yang menyediakan informasi untuk membantu proses manajemen puskesmas mencapai sasaran kegiatan. Sumber utama SIMPUS adalah SP3 sedangkan informasi lain tetap ada dan berperan sebagai pelengkap. DKK Semarang telah mengembangakan SIMPUS sejak tahun 2003. Masih ada 32 puskesmas di kota semarang yang belum dapat menjalankan program registrasi pasien dan catatan medik dengan baik setelah mendapatkan pelatihan yang pertama. Bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan SIMPUS berbasis komputer terutama pada bagian registrasi pasien dan catatan medik di wilayah kerja DKK Kota Semarang pada tahun 2005. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan in depth interview dan observasi.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas yang memegang program registrasi pasien dan catatan medik di puskesmas yang dianggap sudah berjalan optimal dan belum berjalan optimal. Untuk pelaksanaan SIMPUS dari DKK Semarang dimulai dari tahun 2001 dengan pengadaan dan pelatihan komputer bagi SDM puskesmas secara swadana. sampai dengan tahun 2003 diadakan pengadaan perangkat keras komputer (1 unit) melalui DAU. data yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan SIMPUS diambil dari laporan SP3 yang harus dilaporkan tiap bulan, tribulan dan tahunan oleh puskesmas. untuk puskesmas yang belum optimal data yang terdapat baru pada registrasi pasien dan dari BP. untuk puskesmas yang sudah berjalan optimal data sudah sesuai dengan laporan yang ada. sering diadakan pelatihan kepada petugas terutama pada petugas yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan untuk melihat apakah terdapat peningkatan dari kemampuan petugas terutama pada puskesmas yang masih belum berjalan optimal. For the implementation of management information system of heatlh center by training for the human. until 2003 the supplying of computer hard ware (1 unit) was carried out trought DAU. data require in the management information system of public health center is taken from SP3 report that must be reported every month, tree month andannual by public health center. for the public health center which is not opitma, the exitngdata is still in patient registration and from medical clinic, forr the public health center been optimal, its data is appropirate with the exiting report.there should be more frequent training for the staff, especially for the staff who has obtained training before, to see whether is an ability increasing or not, particularly at the public health center that hasn't been optimal.
