HUBUNGAN BEBERAPA FUNGSI MANAJEMEN KOORDINATOR SP2TP PUSKESMAS DENGAN KETEPATAN DAN KELENGKAPAN LAPORAN SP2TP DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstract

Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan terpadu puskesmas (SP2TP) merupakan kegiatan pencatatan dan pelaporan puskesmas secara menyeluruh (terpadu)dengan konsep wilayah kerja puskesmas. Sistem pelaporan ini ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi baik bagi puskesmas maupun untuk jenjang administrasi yang lebih tinggi, guna mendukung manajemen kesehatan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya di Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten Lampung Tengah masih ditemuinya kendala-kendala terutama dalam hal ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi manajemen koordinator SP2TP puskesmas dengan ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan SP2TP di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah fungsi perencanaan, koordinasi, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan fungsi evaluasi koordinator SP2TP puskesmas dengan ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Data didapat melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. uji yang statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Korelasi Rank Spearman . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi perencanaan responden (p=0,005), koordinasi (p=004), pelaksanaan (p=0,014)dan fungsi evaluasi responden (p=0,034)dengan ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan SP2TP puskesmas. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi pengawasan responden(p=0,313)dengan ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan SP2TP Puskesmas. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan SP2TP puskesmas perlu pelaksanaan rapat koordinasi kepala puskesmas paling lambat taggal 10,perlu diadakan sangsi berupa pengembalian laporan bila tidak lengkap, perlu diadakan pelatihan bagi koordinator SP2TP, Latar belakang pendidikan koordinator SP2TP paling rendaah sarjana muda. Bagi koordinator SP2TP lebih meningkatkan kerjasama tim. This report system is expected to be able to give information either of public hekath center or for higher administration, for supporting healt management. However in the practice at health departement of central Lampung regency, theer are many obstacles, particularly in the case of the accuracy and completeness of the report.The iam of the research is to know about the correlation between management function of the coordinator of public health center with the accuracy and the completeness of SP2TP report at central lampung regency. The researched vaariables are the function of planning, coordinationt, implementation, controling and evaaaaluation function of AP2TP coordinator of public health center and the accuracy and the completeness of SP2TP reeport at the health Departement of central lampung regency. The method used in the research is an explanatiry research with cross sectional approach, with sample amount of 30 people. Data was obtained through an ionterview using questionnaire and observation with sheef of observasi. The used Statiistical test was Rank Spearman Correlation. The result of respondent's planning (p=0,005), coordination (p=0,004), implementation (p=0,014 and evaluation (p=0,034)with the accuracy and completeness of SP2TP report of public helat center. There is no significant coorerelation bertween the function of responden' controlling (p=0,313) with the accuracy and completeness of SP2TP report of public health centerr. in order to increase the accuracy and completeness of SP2TP resport public health center, the importance of execution close the coordination lead the slowest public health center is date 10.
