Recently, in the Indonesia econoinic crisIs, banking became the first government priority since it was as a central point of econoinics. There are many policies to recover banking normally and reactivating the econoinic performances. The internal support of banking is needed to help government policy for banking recovery. To make it succeed, the company have to consider that human resource as the most important thing in a company. Human resource has competence to be developed, and the first step that have to be done is investment to the value, standard and organizational behavior or firm belief to increase the productivity. And this condition can be resulted through corporate culture. The objective of this research is to analyse the employees working productivity in the light of corporate culture. The research object is conducted on employees of the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (Persero) Tbk, Undip Branch Office. Corporate culture is an ideal culture and factual culture. The problem from this research is corporate culture has not strong, because there are different variance of culture strenght and the low magnitude from corporate culture influenced toward work productivity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the culture strength, different variance due to inherited character, and the magnitude of corporate culture toward work productivity. Primary data that was used by this research is collected from questionnaires and the pertinent secondary data source connected within the company. Analyzing tools which is used for exainining questionnaires are validity test and reliability test culture internalization test is to find out the culture strengths, where one way anova is used for testing the variance of culture within employees. Factor analysis is used to simplify sum variables and logistic regression to see the magnitude of corporate culture toward probability to reach high work productivity. The resuh from this research shows a) that existing culture was internalized moderate (not strong), b) there was a variance of culture strength within employee groups, c) the seven factor become the new dimensions of corporate culture which resulted from those seven factors whitin the employee groups, d) in conducting logistic regression test, the result shows that from those seven factor there were three factors which were influenced significantly toward probability to reach highly work productivity. If we backtracked it then would be known the ideal culture which is influenced significantly toward employees work productivity.
