Abstract
The increase of the education level and their standard of living of the society, as a result of Indonesian development programme, causes the increase of the society demand about medical services. So, hospitals will be asked to give a better medical treatments and services. Therefore, it should concern that better hospital treatment and services are needed for patient satisfactions. To know among the patients satisfactions level in a hospital, the writer has done the research about “The patients satisfactions analysis on in patient services in Purworejo hospital”. The observation in concerning a marketing analysis used to identify the level of patients satisfaction toward the medical treatment and services concerning physical environment of hospital, fasilities of hospital, medical services, nursing service, medical support service, food service, and also to analyze the influence of the patients satisfactions. The subjects analyzed in this research are patients with inpatient services in Purworejo hospital. Accidental sampling were employed to deterinine the selected samples. The instruments are leaf questionaire, then respondents were asked to fill up the questionaire given to them. Results of analysis could be described as follows Purworejo hospital at Purworejo is a govermnent hospital. Having 236 beds in its capacity, the hospital is of type B class, with BOR 42,73%. The majority of the patients economy is iniddle to low class. The patients satisfaction rate is good and they have willingness to find the same in patient services. Hospital must give attention to the physical environment of hospital, fasilities of hospital, medical services, nursing service, medical support service, and food service. This study concludes that the patients satisfaction be influenced by physical environment of hospital, fasilities of hospital, medical services, nursing service, medical support service, and food service. Dengan meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan dan taraf hidup masyarakat sebagai hasil pembarigunan di Indonesia, maka semakin meningkat pula tuntutan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga rumah sakit akari sernakin dituntut pula untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebib baik. Untuk mengetahui sejaubmana keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, maka tetah dilaksanakan penelitian rnengenai : “Analisis Kepuasan Pasien Atas Jasa Pelayanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Urnuni Daerah Purworejo”. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu tinjauan pemasaran guna mengidentifikasi hubungan antara lingkungan fisik, fasilitas, petayanan dokter, pelayanan paramedis perawatan, pelayanan paramedis non perawatan, pelayanan makanan dan gizi, serta biaya perawatan dengan kepuasan pasien. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien rawat in. Sampel yang diambil secara Accidental Sampling. Alat penelitian berupa lembar kuesioner yang diisi sendiri oleh responden secara serentak dan pengamatan. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut RSUD Purworejo yang berada di Kabupaten Purworejo adalah rumah sakit inilik pemerintah, merupakan RSU tipe B berkapasitas 236 tempat tidur dengan BOR 42,73%. Pasien kebanyakan golongan ekonoini menengah ke bawah. Rata-rata pasien cukup puas dirawat map di RSUD Purworejo dan berininat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang sama. RSUD Purworejo peflu memberikan perhatian terhadap : lingkungan fisik, fasilitas, pelayanan dokter, pelayanan paramedis perawatan, pelayanan paramedis non perawatan, serta petayanan makanan dan gizi. J-Jasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi oleh : lingkungan fisik rurnah sakit dan mernpunyai hubungan yang erat, fasibtas runiab sakit dan mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat, pelayanan dokter dan mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat, pelayanan paramedis perawatan dan rnempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat, pelayanan paramedis non perawatan dan mem.punyai hubungan yang erat, serta pelayanan makanan & gizi dan rnernpunyai hubungan yang Iemah. Sedangkan biaya perawatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien.
