Abstract
Have been done scheme and making of water high level monitoring system software with SMS use the Borland Delphi 7 programming. This software can be exploited as water monitoring system high level in river, lake, etc. This application program work serially with the interface of mikrokontroler and connective protocol RS232 by COM1 / 2 at computer. Then, data accepted by a computer processed to be presented in monitoring system in the form indicator daily graph and data which enter also saving in the form of data bases use the Ms. Acces. Data Bases yielded cover the date, time, level water and satus. This Controlling system is done by depressing knob of control panel found on appearance Delphi 7.0.
