Heavy measurement system software and composition regulator coal slurry base on Borland Delphi 7.0 has been designed and realized. So that this appliance earn application in the field of industry requiring arrangement industrial raw material mixture composition. This system measure slurry weight by exploiting heavy censor in the form of potensio shift as data input to computer which its prisoner value can be altered by shifting knop shift exist in potensiometer. As displayed interfacing use Ianguage pemograman of Borland Delphi 7.0. Besides for the monitoring, this system software also can arrange composition by giving liquid data input, jell, condensed or select no to is hardware. Besides available software also data record use database which incircuit with Ms. Access. To make easy data printing, so in software availablereport maker in the form of rave report and data can be direct printed ti pass printer that linked with computer. From watchfulness result that done, got appropriate data. When does hardware in state of die, in heavy monitoring dies also heavy read 0. When hardware have been run, a heavy monitoring which read as according to measured data and sent by is hardware. An arrangement set point when measured weight have reached wanted so a receiving station by coal and watere will be closed. While monitoring result can be recorded and kept in Ms. Access.
