Abstract

Heavy measurement system and coal slurry commposition regulator is work serrially with microcontroller and RS232 protocol has been connected by COM1 in computer. This peripheral can be used to various needs for example, heavy monitoring and composition regulator of slurry, construction, chemical waste factory and others. Heavy censor in the form of potensio shift it used to measuring coal slurry weight. Slurry coal commposition regulator is controlled by solenoid and motor dc from computer. Heavy measurement output from heavy censor accepted by ADC 0804 series then processed by microcontroller and send to computer. Data by computer will be presented form of heavy in set of gram Heavy censor system and slurry coal composition regulator indicated that all of the system can work properly. Heavy measurement is equal with output that appears in computer.
