Abstract
Economic Order Quantity model used to optimize inventory cost. On the research that has been done by Toptal, EOQ model with quantity discount is introduced, on the research that has been done by Rieksts and Ventura, EOQ model with transportation cost is introduced. On This undergraduated thesis studies incorporation both of the EOQ model refer to formulation of EOQ model with all unit discount and transportation cost. The optimal result are used for perform numerical simulation in Indo Kios Hijab Shop. The simulation shows that in Indo Kios Hijab Shop occurred cost saving 14.33%. Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, quantity discount, the cost of transportation, truckload, less than truckload.
