Abstract

Mathematics model from Tuberculosis disease with lost of sight compartment is constructed. Stability analysis show that the dynamic of the model are determined by the basic reproduction number ℜ0. Depending on the value of the basic reproduction number ℜ0, this state is asymptotically stable if ℜ0 < 1 in the disease free equilibrium case and ℜ0 > 1 in the endemic case. Direct Lyapunov method enables us to prove that the model is globally stable. Numerical simulation are provide to illustrate analytical results.
