Abstract

MULTIMOORA method consists of three parts, namely the Ratio System, Reference Point, and Full Multiplication Form. This method can be used in solving Multi-criteria Group Decision Making (MCGDM) problems. In decision making, often decision-makers cannot formulate their evaluation on alternatif relationships and criteria. Decision-makers can use Hesitant Fuzzy Sets as a solution to the problem where HFS can accommodate the uncertainty between several different values. This final project discusses the development of the MULTIMOORA method based on HFS by defining a new score function and distance measure for HFS based on The Power Average operator. A simulated case study on the selection of Green Suppliers found that MVG Food marketing company Sdn Bhd is the best choice. Keywords : MULTIMOORA method, Hesitant Fuzzy Sets, Power Average Operator, MCGDM
