Tindak Tutur Ilokusi Tokoh Utama dalam Kumpulan Cerita “Serial Li-El” karya Maria Wiedyaningsih (Kajian Pragmatik)

Abstract

The aim of this research are : (1) to describe the types of illocutionary speech acts spoken by the main character, and (2) to describe the moral messages contained in the illocutionary speeches spoken by the main character in the in the Li-El serial storybook by Maria Wiedyaningsih. There are three stories to be analyzed, titled: Suara Malaikat Kecil, Pilot-Pilot Canggih, and Diary in The Bottle. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive method. Provision of data using the listening method with the advanced technique of Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC). The technique used is the reading technique and note-taking technique. Analysis of the data using the match and add method. The data analysis results-presentation using informal method. The results of the research of three stories found that there are various types of illocutionary speech acts : Assertive, Directive, Expressive, and Commissive. From the three stories, Declarative speech acts were not found. The most dominant speech acts are Assertive and Directive. The moral messages contained in the illocutionary speech are: dare to try, sincerity, do not underestimate others, be responsible, remember the goodness of others and forget the bad, and do not carelessly touch other people's belongings.
